For the watch Vector, designer Daniel Jakobsson looked back to the the 70s and to old arcadegames.
Both the dial and the name of the watch is inspired by games using vector-graphic
displays, where the image is projected by an electron beam, drawing lines like a laser show,
hence the pattern on the dial that resembles the HUD in games like Asteroids.
